This charter trains all three. Write a condition you can recognize, separate what you control from what you don’t, choose a response that fits what actually happened, and review the result. It won’t tell you every disagreement is disrespect. It gives you the seat, and the conditions for your participation.
Seven articles
I / Baseline. Choose one recurring decision and record where you honestly stand.
II / Audit. Separate what was agreed from what was assumed, and give every exception a name and a limit.
III / Define. Tell a standard from a preference or a demand, then draft a clause you can actually use.
IV / Enforce. Choose a response route, say the relevant thing, and rehearse it without creating conflict.
V / Withdraw. Name exactly what changes, handle the logistics, and close without ceremony.
VI / Maintain. Know when to hold a rule and when to amend it, including when you’re the one who didn’t follow through.
VII / The Code. Write your relationship, work and resource, self-command and access codes, then put them into use.
